1232 Vine Street
A few more details have emerged on the rehabilitation of 1232 Vine St, which is part of 3CDC's Gateway II project.
Urban Sites Properties plans three street-level retail spaces and nine condo units.
An elevator tower will be added on the west side of the building, near the adjacent surface parking lot.
Cornice windows on decks along Thirteenth street will be either painted or backfilled to remove the reflection of the sky.
The City's Historic Conservation Board voted to approve the concept development plan in early November.
Final plans must be submitted to the City's Urban Conservator before construction will be able to begin.
