427 Plum Street: Building at right
Cincinnati City Council unanimously approved a notwithstanding ordinance that will allow a veterinarian to relocate his practice from Walnut Hills to Downtown.
Dr. Robert Biederman Jr, DVM will move from the Cincinnati Central Animal Hospital at 650 E McMillan Street to the vacant building at (BIRD'S EYE).
Current zoning for the site did not allow for his proposed use, which will be the first veterinary practice to locate Downtown.
There is no word on the future of the Walnut Hills clinic.
