Millworks site plan, December 2007
Last week, Cincinnati City Council approved a development agreement with Vision Land Development for the $300 million mixed-use Millworks project in Oakley.
This updated site plan was part of the agreement.
The new plan seems to indicate fewer large surface lots and the removal of approximately 7 acres for a "future phase".

hey whats going on with this Milworks project anyways? i havent heard much of it lately!
I don't think anything is happening. Neyer dropped out of their portion of the project, the OCC hasn't heard anything about the rest of the site in a very long time.
Several developers seem interested, but are waiting for how the Kennedy Connector and the economy shake out.
