Baldwin 300 photo update, 7/6/08

Much of the work on the office building has moved inside and the parking garage is largely completed at the Baldwin 300 site in Walnut Hills.

Corporex is building the $86 million office, hotel, restaurant and parking garage project on , between Gilbert and Florence avenues.

The building will serve as the new headquarters for Humana of Ohio's market operations, allowing them to consolidate 900 jobs and possibly to create 300 more.
