For the time being, work has stopped at the Harbor Greene site in Bellevue.
The Ackermann Group is in the midst of a $65 million development, which will include 110 condominiums, offices, restaurants and retail space.
West Greene - one of three residential towers containing 38 units - and a 110,000-square-foot commercial building and parking garage have been completed.
Aside from the 49,000-square-foot Urban Active fitness center, all of the retail spaces in the commercial building appear to be vacant.
And as far as Urban Active's relationship to ...the entrance to the gym is in the back of the building.
One thing struck me about the residential building - compare the decks on the first shot, with a City view, with the decks on the second shot, which face east.

This Urban Active building looks enormous when you drive by it. It would fit in fine as the base of a skyscraper in NYC. Its design is so out of scale to the surroundings its not funny.
