Inside the McAlpin, 6/21/08

The McAlpin was recently open during the Ultimate Urban Tour of Living.

The $25 million, 62-unit condominium renovation of the former McAlpin's department store on was accomplished through a partnership between Madison Marquette and JFP Properties.

Pictured are the lounge and conference room, the model in Unit 410 (my favorite), and the model in Unit 506.

The final photo was taken from the rooftop deck, where they were serving hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks.
