Work is trudging along on the River House Landing project on Highway Avenue in Covington's Botany Hills neighborhood.

The foundations of the townhomes now have steel support beams, but little else seems to have happened since November.

On the other hand, the renovated Victorian home appears to have had a lot of work done and is likely much farther along.

Bill and Valerie Ashmore (River City Views, LLC) are teaming with Tanner Custom Homes to build the 7 luxury homes with private boat docks, which start at $899,000.

These have been lowered from $1,095,000, and all 7 are still available.

The renovated home, which had to be moved to a new location to accomodate the project, is currently being restored and is under contract for $649,000.
