Cause of death: Demolished to make way for the $6.8 million City Home development, a partnership between Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, Eber Development, and 3CDC that will contain 22 mixed-income townhome and condominium residential units and 1,600 square feet of commercial space. A 2006 inspection revealed several structural issues and, though the building was never condemned, has long been vacated.
