Cincinnati City Council is considering selling a in Mount Auburn for development.
The segment of "paper" street, located between Goethe and Dorsey streets, would be used as part of the construction of a new single-family home.
The sale price of $4,200 has been deposited with the City Treasurer.
The City would retain a permanent easement for the maintenance, repair and replacement of a retaining wall on the site.
Both property owners abutting Lang Street have consented to the sale.
