I'm not for sure if you've been by here lately, but the landscape has completely changed. If you go into Schott Tower into one of the conference rooms, there are some large displays of what is to come. Very nice and entirely pedestrian oriented, although a parking garage is noticeably absent (to rid Xavier of their massive parking lots).
