Riverstone Development Group has broken ground for the next two townhomes at Bradford Place in Madeira.
The development, located , will feature 14 custom-built townhomes of between 2,800 and 4,000 square feet in the first phase.
Twelve additional units will be built in the second phase.
Houses are arranged in a tightly-packed site plan, built with the goal of allowing seniors to "age in place" just a short walk from the city's business district.
Two residences, including a model, were completed in December.
