Makes me wonder if the property owners of the small houses on the East side of this development had any say or input or were even heard, regarding the light-blocking, noise, and use of this monstrosity across from them as the property owners/community did with the (still alive?) proposal to build a monstrosity at the corner of Howell and Ormond in Clifton??? They weren't happy with getting the back of a building etc. just like these Corryville properties will be getting.
That "monstrosity" at Howell and Ormond would bring condominium apartments to the city's only truly walkable neighborhood. What would be monstrous about the development would be caving in to the whiners that want more parking or to the preservationists who want to preserve fat single family dwellings
Too bad nobody fought to preserve any part of the little Arts & Crafts Clifford Presbyterian Church building at Jefferson and MLK. Nobody.
Thanks for the update.
