A tenant was living inside the building rent-free, and had not heard from the owner for several years. It's likely that the owner was deceased.
The house was condemned in February 2008 and declared a public nuisance in December 2008. It was razed by the City following asbestos abatement.

The city needs to execute a plan, not just individual structures for this area. How industrial zoning can exist right adjacent or in the middle of residential structures is beyond my paygrade, but it sure looks like ineptness to me. The laugher is Witton has their dumpsters displayed as if they are the new 2010 car models.
