A formal dedication was held on December 13 for the HOME project in Northside, though workers are still adding a few finishing touches.
The Cincinnati Northside Community Urban Revelopment Corporation is building these two LEED-certified, affordable single-family homes at the corner of Chase and Fergus streets.
Both homes are currently on the market for $189,900.
The architect was S. Flavio Espinoza, with assistance from Northside resident and architect Alice Emmons.
