The four remaining homes of the Mornington Place development have hit the market within the past week, all priced at just below $400,000.
Chrisman Homes is building the 6 single-family homes along in Hyde Park, the former manufacturing site for Tricon Scaffolding.
The new homes will have three bedrooms, four baths, full basements and attached garages, and will be built with open floor plans and upscale finishes.
It's assumed that all of the homes will have doors, though none are pictured in any of the renderings.
No building permits have yet been applied for or issued.
Two homes on Shaw Avenue were completed in 2007, and one of them sold last week for $367,000.
